McCarren Bids

Learn how to effectively search for and identify relevant bid opportunities.

Search Interface​

The bid search interface displays a table of available bids. By default, the table shows the most recent bids ordered by issue date.

Our bid database includes:

  • SLED (State, Local, Education) bids from every state
  • Bids from the biggest counties in the US
  • Federal bids from SAM.gov
  • Grants from Grants.gov

We obtain data directly from the source and scrape multiple times a day, ensuring that the information is constantly updated.

Advanced Filters​

You can narrow down your bid search using various filters:

Bid Filters
  • Keyword Search: Enter specific terms to find relevant bids
  • State Filter: Filter bids by specific states
  • Issue Date: Filter bids by when they were issued
  • Close Date: Filter bids by their closing dates

Viewing Bid Details​

Each bid includes a summary that you can expand to read the entire content.

AI Summary

If you find that the default summary doesn't provide enough information, you can click 'Refresh' to generate a new AI-powered summary of the bid.
