How to Use the Triage Agent
The Triage Agent helps you make a go/no-go decision on opportunities (RFPs, questionnaires, etc.) that you receive outside of the McCarren platform.
Step 1: Access the Triage Agent
Click on the Triage tile from the home page.
Step 2: Upload Your Documents
Upload your document(s) related to the opportunity. You can upload as many documents as needed to provide a comprehensive view of the opportunity.
Step 3: Run the Agent
Click the "Run Agent" button to analyze the uploaded documents.
Step 4: Bid Page
After processing, you'll be taken to a bid page that displays all the infomration for the bid. This consists of an ai generated summary as well as your custom flags.
Step 5: Generate Flags
Click "Generate All Flags" to evaluate the opportunity against your custom criteria.
Custom flags are questions that you want to ask about every opportunity you're evaluating. These are particularly useful for identifying potential no-go criteria.
Step 6: Review Sources
Each flag provides source information showing exactly where in the document the answer was derived from. Click on a source to view the specific section of the document.
Step 7: Manage Your Flags
To customize your evaluation criteria, click the settings button in the top right corner. Here you can add, edit, or delete flags to match your organization's specific evaluation needs.
Step 8: Notify Your Team
Once you've reviewed the opportunity and made a decision, you can generate an email to notify your team:
- Click the email button in the top right corner
- Click "Generate Email" to use the default email template

You can also create custom email templates to streamline your team's communication process.
